Deep Space Food Challenge
Ohio State hosted NASA's Deep Space Food Challenge finale in summer 2024, where four students from the College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CFAES) served as Simunauts, operating the novel technology produced by the competition teams.

Starlab Workshop
In September 2022, Nanoracks, Voyager, Lockheed Martin, The Ohio State
University, Arizona State University’s MILO Institute, Ohio Aerospace Institute, and Parallax Advanced Research engaged with researchers from numerous universities and industry, non-profit, and government organizations to foster collaboration on the development of a newly enriched and vibrant low-Earth Orbit research ecosystem.

1st Bioastronautics Workshop
In July 2023, Ohio State, Voyager, and Pulsar Exploration Industries gathered to advance biologically engineered life support and human habitation in deep space exploration.
